YES! Pilates is for everyone, irrespective of age or fitness level. Regular Pilates will increase mobility, flexibility, core strength and joint stability leaving you feeling physically and mentally stronger. 

Sarah at Spring Pilates is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor who specialises in rehabilitation work.  1:1 training will help rebuild strength and mobility following illness, injury or operations.  Whether it be spinal injury, knee or hip replacement, Pilates will help.  Sarah also works with those suffering from Parkinson's, hyper-mobility,  scoliosis and long term back pain and is a qualified breast cancer rehabilitation specialist.  

Small private matwork classes are also available.   


Spring Pilates Studio is a small private Pilates studio just outside the village of Marden, Kent.   The studio is fully equipped with a reformer, cadillac, wunda chair and spine corrector for personal training as well as foam rollers, physio balls, Pilates arcs, swiss balls and therabands for matwork classes.
