Group Classes
45 min Matwork and Reformer group classes
Classes are run and invoiced on a termly basis @ £11 per matwork class when booking into a term of classes and £22 per reformer class. ie £66 for a 6 week and £132 for a 6 week reformer term.
The vast majority of attendees sign up for a term, but depending on availability it is possible to book a one class class. A pay as you go mat is £15 and pay as you go reformer class is £30.

Private Sessions
1:1s:
£60 1hr Pilates session
£75 1.5hrs Pilates induction (includes homework setting)
£400 block of 8 lessons
1:2s:
£75 1hr Pilates session
£90 1.5hrs Pilates induction
£520 for block of 8 lessons
Payment
Payment must be made prior to starting any classes. Payment by transfer is preferred (SK Springhall, Barclays Bank,
20-88-13, 53364267). Cash and card payments also accepted.
Missed Class Policy
1:1s and 1:2s
- 24hrs notice must be given or session will be charge in full.
Group Classes
- One missed class per term can be carried forwards as a credit to the following term
- If space is available, alternative classes in the same term can be attended to make up for missed class/es
- Matwork and reformer classes are interchangeable within the same term (if space is available). ie one missed reformer class = 2 matwork classes. 2 missed matwork classes = 1 reformer class
Studio Do's and Don'ts
Please note that the studio is private and all attendees must book in with Sarah prior to attending a class/1:1.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your session.
There is ample parking, but the studio is at my home with pets and children, so please park considerately and do not park on the grass.
Please leave shoes, bags and coats in area provided at entrance of the Studio.
No food in the Studio (a water bottle is allowed).
Please turn phones off or on silent.
If you are not able to attend your class, please inform Sarah asap.
What to wear
Appropriate clothing for all classes would be loose fitting/leggings, with layers which can be removed.
Avoid wearing leggings/tracksuit bottoms with zips, buttons or buckles.
Matwork: it is advisable to either have bare feet, or wear pilates/yoga socks which have some grip on the bottom.
Reformer: grippy socks must be worn
No hanging jewellery.

Block bookings of one to one lessons have a 12 month expiry and no refunds will be given, unless under exceptional circumstances.
Group classes run on a termly basis. Fees are due by the beginning of each term. One absence per term can be carried forwards as credit into the following term.
No refunds will be given, unless under exceptional circumstances.
Unless in the case of an emergency, cancellation of a 1:1 or 1:2 lesson within 24 hours of the class will be charged in full.
Places made available by cancellations will be offered to other clients.
In the event that Spring Pilates Studio has to cancel a class, a credit or refund will be given to all those booked in
Spring Pilates Studio reserves the right to refuse entry to a class if the participant is deemed too unwell or unfit to participate.
When you start at Spring Pilates Studio, you will be required to complete and sign a health and fitness questionnaire so that Sarah is aware of any possible problems. It is your responsibility to ensure Spring Pilates Studio is aware of any changes to your health.
