Spring Pilates Studio

Hello! My name is Sarah, owner of Spring Pilates Studio.  I have been practising Pilates for many years, and decided to train to be a teacher following the birth of my twins.  After gaining a level 3 matwork instructor qualification, I went on to do learn to teach the full Pilates repertoire on large equipment under the instruction of Andrea Domin at Michael King. But the learning journey never ends.  I am also a Breast Cancer rehabilitation specialist and continually do courses to increase my knowledge to help my clients.  My small yet fully equipped private studio is  at my home, just outside Marden, Kent.   I run small private classes so everyone gets individual attention and each exercise is adapted to meet individual needs.   I work alongside physios, chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to achieve the desired results.  1:1 work tends to be for those who require some rehabilitation or who have very specific goals.

I have worked to help those with complaints including:

. Herniated, bulging and eroded vertebral discs                  . Scoliosis

. Shoulder dysfunction                                                     . Rotator Cuff Impingement

. Post breast cancer surgery                                             . Pubic symphysis disorder

. Pelvic floor dysfunction                                                  . Parkinson's

. Fibromyalgia                                                                 . Post hip replacement

. Post knee surgery                                                         . Sciatica

. Hyper-mobility                                                              . Post foot surgery

. Osteoarthritis                                                                . Rheumatoid arthritis

. Frozen shoulder.                                                            . Pre&Post hip replacement

you are young."
